I take my grandmother here and they've always been great with her. The staff is awesome as well
the woman at the front desk is rude as hell and consistently acts as if it’s your fault for having to see a doctor. she sighs heavily whenever you ask her what scheduling availability is like almost as if you causing her to do her job makes her upset. she has even given my partner rude gestures of rolling her eyes. look; if you don’t like your job then quit. when you work in the medical industry at least fake empathy. have had frequent issues of staff not listening to me and re-questioning me after they’ve already written do... read more
Primary Care Access Clinic has moved to the Berkeley Pavillion, at the Peace Arch Hospital. No change to the phone number and the receptionist is easy to find. They haven't updated the business card yet, because the focus is to settle in, after the move. The office is part of the Fraser Health Group, Family Practice.
