Very terrible doctor. She barely speaks English, so I had to explain myself all over again. After the visit, she asked for a $100 copay, which shocked me, and then suddenly changed it to $25. When I asked them to bill my insurance directly, they refused and said I had to pay the $25 first and they would reimburse me later. This has never happened to me before.
