I’ve had 3 different loans with them and all three were randomly sold to other banks with no information given to me and they didn’t auto draft my payment like it was setup to be. My payment at this point is over 21 days late because there is no institution for me to pay it to. Over 21 days and no notification as to who is holding my loan.
the customer service is a joke, they cant wait to get off the phone with you, and have a hard time answering the simplest of questions. Sold my loan to another bank, and now refuse to give me info on whether or not I can take all of my sensitive banking information off of their website.

Same gripe as the previous post. It seems like the crew from Space Balls is working the day shift. Tough dealing with people who control your mortgage but don't know how to do their jobs. My general review is based on the lack of quality customer service. If my previous bank hadn't sold my original mortgage to this company then I wouldn't be a member with Primary Capital.
Terrible customer service. Response time is INSANELY slow...if at all. You will ask a billing/payment question via email and get a physical letter in the mail three weeks later saying "We're looking into your inquiry..." What a joke.
