Wonderful Organization, Sue Ann rocks! Sue Ann Guthman has helped us with refi's and mortgages at least 4 or 5 times. I assume she's representative of the company as a whole. She's available at all hours via phone or email and even likes to make it to closing when possible. She'll watch the rates and call immediatley when they've reached a predetermined level to lock in, etc. Always gets the best rates. Canton Street is wonderful!
