Thorough exam, explanation and treatment. I didn’t have to sit and wait, they said come back at this particular time. I was not feeling well and it was a good experience.
This place is a cluster. Front desk staff have no idea what they are doing and make it almost impossible to get seen. It's supposed to be a walk in urgent care center in order to take pressure off the hospital ER but it most certainly is NOT. I'd give it zero stars but it's not an option. IF you can somehow manage to be able to see a PA, or NP... you are very lucky. I've been going here for over a decade because there is no option really.
