Wait time was not bad for starting the new year.
I didn't like to be waiting, I'm an inpatient person.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Actually taking the time out of my day to give this hospital a bad review because they were that bad
Dr. Chang is a great doctor. Which is the only reason why I stay. Other than that, they need a whole new staff team. They don’t call you back. They don’t follow up on appointments that they’re supposed to schedule for you. And when you call them for information regarding certain stuff as prescription or other medical information they put you to the side say they’re gonna call you back but they never call you back. You can call them as much as you want. They’re not calling you back. I feel bad for Doctor Chang.
