Horrible !!!!!! I never seen the Dr. Mike Shin. but my daughter saw His NP Kathleen A. We were sent there for one thing. They scheduled us for unnecessary appts. If they took the time to review her charts it would of changed things but they continued to drop the ball. poor service overall! from returning phone calls to health care needs,they failed to meet them.
