I absolutely love Dr Greenhouse . She’s sweet , patient and kind . I felt so welcome after having bad experiences with other primary drs who just do not seem to care or want to help . After losing my son who was born premature , every Dr I saw seem to be cold and distant and just like I was just a money sign . Now it does take a little bit of a wait even with an appointment I still sat waiting for an hour or so before seeing the Dr but in my opinion , well worth the wait . Dr. Greenhouse is amazing! She takes her time to go over and explain your care plan. I had a wonderful experience!
I brought my mother-in-law in this morning (10:17am) because she fell and her arm is swollen. There was only one person in the lobby, yet the staff said they are “not taking walk-ins because they’re behind.” This is unacceptable for a medical facility, patients in pain and with visible injuries should not be turned away when the waiting room is empty. Extremely disappointed in the lack of urgency and compassion.
