I had hoped that the words and assurances of the new CEO could be trusted. However, after discovering that our business was billed throughout the entirety of 2024 for elevator services that were never rendered, we have yet to see a resolution despite eight months of ongoing correspondence. We have been repeatedly assured that the matter would be addressed, yet any progress has only occurred after numerous reminders and follow-up emails on our part. Truly the worst company I've dealt with. Avoid at all costs. After moving on, I found out their poor reputation was well known in the industry.
I live in a building that isn’t even 5 years old yet. We have four of these elevators and they are constantly inoperable. At least one is down for some every week. Their service is unreliable and never on the weekends.
