Truly the worst company I've dealt with. Avoid at all costs. After moving on, I found out their poor reputation was well known in the industry.
I live in a building that isn’t even 5 years old yet. We have four of these elevators and they are constantly inoperable. At least one is down for some every week. Their service is unreliable and never on the weekends.
Never returned our call
The team at Primarius Elevator were extremely knowledgeable and professional, answering all my queries and concerns about elevators, and guiding me through the process of selecting the right elevator for my building. They also provided me with a detailed proposal outlining the cost and timelines involved, which was very helpful in making an informed decision.
Mike Dondos, Superintendent at Primarius, fixed our elevator after we had been told by another company that we needed a whole new system. Mike as helpful, very knowledgeable and provided excellent service, I would highly recommend using Primarius, particularly if can get Mike to do the service.
