RUDE ! RUDE ! RUDE ! Made our appointment 3 weeks ago, pulled my kids out of school, dentist called last night and verified insurance. Get there and DEntist REFUSED to see us because we didnt have a physical dental card. My insurance company called the dentist directly and she was even rude to them ! Cigna has said they are pulling her contract and have NEVER seen someone so rude ! Save your time. made an appointment with another local dentist and they said they get customers ALL THE time with the same complaint !
