Chad Sledge did an amazing job on fixing a botched nose piercing I got in Hardy Arkansas. His shop is sterile and I would highly recommend Primal Urge Piercings and Chad to anyone. He was very compassionate because of my prior experience and put me completely at ease. Chad is the bomb!!!!!!

My roommate and I made appointments to both have 2x3 inch tattoos done. When all was said and done we ended up waiting over FOUR hours and never received our tattoos. This experience was utterly disappointing and we will not be returning.
