My wife and I started our journey over a year ago, I had an A1c level of 6.0, and my wife's A1c was the same. After our last blood test, I registered a 5.4 A1c level, and my wife's level came in at 5.8. I lost a total of 43 lbs, and my wife has lost 33 lbs.
