I currently have a torn acl that I have chosen to not have operated on. I had significant swelling an limited blood flow before I started Cryotherapy. The technique is amazing and have become addicted. It has reduced my swelling and given me back flexibility and range of motion. Plus the staff there led by Lindsay is the best. They really make you feel at home and welcome. Love this place!

So, let's start with Lindsay and the ladies - they are all so welcoming and helpful with getting started! I wanted to rehab my knee a few days before an important grappling tournament and I heard great things about Cryotherapy. This was the first place I tried and since then, I've tried one other spot and can easily say Primal Ice is my favorite!
