I didn’t see a chiropractor with my first pregnancy, but I’ve been seeing Dr. Sam since my 2nd trimester this time and the difference is night and day. The weekly appointments are the only reason I’m still able to waddle around after my toddler. It’s helped with digestion, sciatica, and just overall mobility. When baby arrives I plan to bring him for adjustments as well. Couldn’t recommend Primal Chiro more!
I can’t say enough great things about Primal Chiropractic. I started seeing Dr. Sam during my pregnancy, and she’s been incredible at helping me stay comfortable and aligned through all the changes. She’s knowledgeable, gentle, and always takes the time to explain what she’s doing and why. She also adjusts my son, and he absolutely loves her! She’s amazing with kids!
