The office hours said to be open from 2-4 I’ve only ever been here maybe 2 times in many years and today I was shocked to see that the way Im was open to see Dr.Goodman and there were 4 patients including myself waiting at 2 pm and there was no receptionist or doctors when we entered or sign to say that they were possibly closed not a recording the other receptionist had no idea whether anyone was coming in as there was no communication. Black lady at receptionist is useless no one answers the phone these are people who need to see the doctor. Not sure how's she's still there so unprofessional. I'm sure your losing patients. Seems to be the center of the problem.
The receptionist is super rude, wait for the conversation of a previous patient at least about 20 minutes later she tells me no. she can add nobody to the list because I closed it 5 minutes ago. she was super disrespectful and too rude people so they should not work at the service of other people.
Receptionist is rude and the hours posted for the walk in clinic are wrong and not ever updated. It's hit and miss if you can walk in or not. I'd give 0 stars for the receptionist and a 2 star for the dr.s
