On Saturday, October 25, 2025, I went to see my doctor. Patients who arrived after me were taken in first. When I asked the receptionist why, she said they were “usual patients .” My wife and I have been patients at this clinic for 17 years, and there are no appointments. This treatment felt discriminatory, and I expressed that to the doctor. I am sharing what happened.
The receptionist ( black woman name Sasha) is the worst human being you ever meet. She is nasty and rude with horrible attitude. Doctors are good but I will not go back there.
Do not go there. The black girl receptionist is the worst. Her name is Sasha. She's Rude with horrible attitude. Long waiting time. Doesn't answer questions. I always have worst experience. I will never go back.
