Numerous visits to Dr Pella in person. As much compassion as a block of granite. Brisk, curt, almost no bedside matter (even if you include 'hi' and 'bye'), eager to seal the meeting and move on to the next patient. Superficial in her questions, not particular probing, dismissive. I'd only use her if she is the last doctor on earth and you are gasping for air or in the throes of death. I've been with Dr. Pella for years, she has always been very professional and caring. If she can't help you directly, she's very fast to getting you an appointment with a specialist. She is a wonderful doctor.
DrPella had been my doctor for years. I continued going to her despite being unsatisfied with her treatment, because I was desperate as there’s a shortage of family doctors. Every problem I complained about she downplayed, and it came to a point that I was scared of bringing things up. She is horrible. This is our family dr. since many years back, and, in our opinion, it's a very good doctor, excellent human being, highly qualified and responsible. We always have been listened to, and have received answers and treatments as required.
