Back in 2017 I had a car crash, after xrays and ultrasounds the doctor here told me I had nothing wrong with my painful shoulder and it was just a bruise. Cut to now and I find out that pain that lasted years was actually a rotator cuff tear. My current doctor had the exact same tests done. Clearly the doctors here don't really take their jobs that seriously. Thanks to them I've now spent years wondering what that pain was and missed out on an ICBC injury claim, I'd give them a lower rating but I can't.
Do not visit this clinic ever even if your life depends on it. I only went to this clinic because it was regarding an urgent matter for my health and my doctor was not available. Firstly the male walk-in doctor on the phone appointment didn’t even tell me his name or ask how am I healthwise regarding my urgent matter.
