Can't get ahold of anyone by phone within business hours and can no longer leave voicemail (since change to new center) to get a call back to make and/or change appt., in additon during the start up they didn't reply to email either when they couldn't answer phones and want to charge for no shows when you can't get a hold of anyone regarding appt., so have to drive 30min. off work just to make/change etc. appt., they should staff enough people to answer phones for the large amount of patients now in new building... plus they... read more
