Our Family Doctor for more than a Decade , Dr. Marcel Adam is not only knowledgeable but also approachable. We felt comfortable asking questions and discussing our concerns. as well as the staff ( Viy, Javi and Maddy) are friendly and helpful. A positive experience from check-in to check-out.
Employee working on weekends repeatedly forgets to switch the phone from the Office Closed mode, so all calls go unanswered despite the clinic being open. This is the 4th Saturday I've encountered this. You'd think the employee would be smart enough to realize they've received 0 phone calls an hour into service and switch it from Closed mode, but nope, not here.
Dr. Adam is a great doctor. I've been a patient there for many years, and the staff have always been nice and welcoming.
Went here for walk-in and was turned away. "Walk-in" is deceptive.
