Waited out front for a hour with other patients hoping to get into the walk-in. Then when they opened they decided to then let everyone know there are no walk-ins today. Put a sign on your door you inconsiderate people. Or when you see a line maybe let us know. Then the snotty attitude after from the front desk woman was just the cherry in top. Smiling as the 3 of us clearly disgruntled leave.
Prescribed medication to me, tried for a whole week to get a schedule at 9 am sharp and no openings. The medication i take is dangerous to be off abruptly, extremely disappointed will never go there again.
In these difficult times of finding a physician I fired this one . Enough said......
Can't get an appt with my Family doctor for 9 days but denied an appt here :( Super disappointing.
Empty waiting room, and the receptionist wouldn't let me see a doctor because I have a family doctor THAT I COULDN'T SEE UNTIL 3 DAYS LATER. It was an acute medical situation and I was begging her to let me see a doctor. Nope. Receptionist told me 'oh just go to the ER'. I found another walk in that is actually willing to let me see a doctor, and they got me in promptly, therefore not overburdening the ER.
