What kind of doctors does this clinic even have? My cousin’s doctor Hashim is only available over the phone. When he asked to switch to a doctor who is in the clinic , the clinic said it’s against their policy. So what are patients supposed to do if they actually need in person care? I wanted to ask about this however, they never picked up the call. This health system is ridiculous. I’d give zero stars if I could.
Ive never had a rude experience here and ive had the same doctor for years now, this is by far the best clinic I've found
Sorry to say for book appointment first they don’t pick phone then ask leave voice mail but never get reply back so hard to book appointment no wonder emergencies get overwhelmed with patients simply can be helped in clinics
I’ve been calling them for the past 3 weeks, but they never answer the phone. And if by mistake they do pick up, they put me on hold and never come back the phone stays on hold for half an hour. Such a terrible response and the worst behavior! What if someone is in a lot of pain? This is the worst clinic ever.
