Dr. Manchanda is absolutely amazing. The front desk receptionists, however, i have literally nothing nice to say about. everytime i come by or call they are rude, unprofessional, and suck at their jobs. there’s always a wait, even if you had an appointment. Today, i overheard the doctor asking the receptionists if they had a document or a shot that he needed for a patient he was actively seeing. they didn’t have either, so the patient was sent home. if it wasn’t for doctor manchanda i would not still be coming here, overall ... read more
I don’t know why there’s so many bad reviews about the front desk staff but my experience with them since last 6 years is the same . Paramjeet is so kind and polite. Dr.C Gill is very knowledgeable and helpful towards the patients, she always make sure they I’m heard properly and diagnosed me well and cured me throughout my mental health journey. She’s a Gem 💎
