I’m extremely frustrated with the reception center at this clinic. I’ve been trying to get in contact with them since 8:30 AM, and it’s now 9:30 AM. I’ve called over 100 times and haven’t been able to get through once. The lack of responsiveness is unacceptable, and it’s incredibly disappointing that something so basic, like answering the phone or providing proper communication, is so poorly handled. I hope they can address this issue, as it makes scheduling appointments or even getting the care you need nearly impossible.
I would like to express my frustration regarding the receptionist ‘s behaviour during my phone call a couple of minutes ago to Manchanda Medical Clinic. When I inquired about getting my son checked by a doctor, she informed me that there were no available doctors. I politely asked if there might be availability for tomorrow or any other day, and she responded that all doctors were only available for phone consultations, with no physical doctor present in the clinic. This is a very busy clinic and I’ve been a client for over 6 years. Initially I was with a different doctor and when they left, I was automatically transferred to Dr. Gill. A little patience, kind words and respect will go a long way. I have been listened to, prioritized when most needed. Not all the doctors at this clinic are kind, but my experience has been good so far.
