I thought that all of the locations of Signature Healthcare was closed down. My Son was at the one atSt. Francis Hospital and my Son and many of the majority of patients were treated like crap. The Staff didn't care and never treated the patients like human beings. .. Signture was the worst place ever. Oh my God. I would not take my little Yorkie puppy there. Run as fast as you can away from this place... RUN FAST AND Don't LOOK BACK
My mom is worse now then when she went in & she has only been out for 2 weeks
I love and respect nurses and know what a difficult job they have. This being said, your nursing staff has been teetering on the side of absolute negligence. Yesterday, my father was left shut in his room during a fire drill. Thank God it was a drill, right? Last night at 9pm, my dad started ringing for a nurse to get him in a clean diaper for the night. Do you know that he wasn’t helped until 11am TODAY by his physical therapist? She had to cancel physical therapy so she could do the job that should have been done the night... read more
It seems to be great. Very professional. The food is good. My niece is there for rehabilitation after a stroke. The occupational therapist is working with her.we are expecting a full recovery.
Staff is awesome. They all work together as a team.
