I went to this clinic as a walk-in patient and saw Dr. Lui. You guys, and I say this politely, just don’t take the chance. I am a young female and the type of questions and assessments he had me doing were extremely inappropriate, but I answered because I thought I could trust a doctor? He also walked out on me in the middle of my appointment, I sat in the assessment room for more than 30 minutes before I got up and left the clinic. Came to leave a review about dr Liu but noticed that all the negative reviews have been left about the same doctor for the same complaint. Incredibly rude, dismissive and condescending. Cuts you off to tell you what you’re explaining isn’t what was asked. Doesn’t let you clarify answers saying you’re cutting him off. Eventually left with him saying he couldn’t give a diagnosis because of my symptoms. Says we can’t take out your individual body parts to examine them so we won’t know. (What?!) After checking in and being seated, I had to wait 4 hours in the waiting room to see Dr.Anderson. He was running behind, as he usually does, yet he took in 2 patients before me, who showed up after than I did. As I am writing this, I am the only one in the clinic, and yet I have not been treated. This place is very unprofessional, unorganized, and very poor etiquette.
