If you need a walk-in clinic, DO NOT go to Dr. Liu. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. He is incredibly rude, dismissive, and wouldn’t even let me speak. He spoke to me like I was stupid. Left the clinic in tears. He should have his license taken away as he clearly hates his job.
Been going to my family GP for 5 years now. Dr. Lauf has been a life saver for me. He actually takes the time to talk and disect what may be wrong and he cares. I don't care what anyone says. He has truly save my life. He clearly saw a young adult in severe distress and he went above and beyond and still does to help me to this day. He's been better than most psychiatrists I've seen. Dr. Liu has the worst bedside manner. Awhile ago I took my daughter in for a likely UTI as it burned when she peed. He asked about her period and suggested she was ovulating. What??? Sent us on our way with no antibiotics or anything. She got antibiotics elsewhere and it cleared up her issue. Had the recent unfortunate luck to get him again when she went in with a sore throat and white spots on her tonsils. He asked her if she smoked and because she occasionally smoked weed she said yes but he meant cigarettes and snapped at... read more
I regret that I didn’t check google review before going to this clinic. I went for walk in today and I was next. I was surprised. After seeing Dr. Edmond Liu, I know why. He treated you like a criminal. He yelled and you had to answer yes and no. I was not allowed to answer anything else if he didn’t not ask you. I have no idea how he passed the interview to get into medical school. He is probably foreign-trained. Make sure you ask who the walk-in doctor is before your visit.
