The front staff are a bunch of rude passive aggressive people. Very toxic culture in the front. Not friendly at all, very cold, and unwelcoming. Great way to start off your visit. No wonder they have all these signs indicating rude or aggressive behaviour towards staff won’t be tolerated. Too bad it doesn’t apply to them. In fact I despise most of them. However my doctor is lovely and takes great care of me and my family.

Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. At this point, I have completely lost confidence in the level of customer service at this clinic. My interaction with Jessica over the phone, was especially frustrating. I felt that the way I was spoken to was rude, dismissive, and completely lacking the basic courtesy and professionalism I would expect from someone dealing with patients. The service in this clinic is below 1 star. The receptionists are rude, arrogant, and dismissive. The triage refuse to relay messages to the PCP even tho I already went to the hospital and still have concerns. There is no way to contact the PCP in person or via phone unless it is 3-4 weeks away. You are left to figure things out on your own. It’s great to see how our healthcare system functions when you are under duress. Ridiculous!
