I've had the same doctor for years and she is wonderful. However, the front desk staff seem to not pass along messages or there is an issue within their system. This is the second time within months where requests have been either ignored or have failed to be completed. The previous issue was between the pharmacy and the doctor's office. Even 1 star is too much for this place... You can't see a doctor, no managers to speak to, no official channels if you wonna file a complaint, not professional, stuff not friendly. I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the conduct of a family doctor I visited today on a walk-in basis. My experience was profoundly disappointing and left me feeling neglected and unheard. During the visit, the doctor showed no genuine interest in my health condition. Instead of addressing my symptoms or offering any form of physical examination, she focused solely on paperwork and the legal limitations of what could or could not be done.
