The doctors are great but if you need the walk in might as well go elsewhere. The receptionist working the walk in definitely doesn't do his job whatsoever. Says register by phone at 4pm. On at least 4 separate occasions I've called for 15 minutes until every 2 seconds getting nothing but a "this line is only monitored during walk in hours" message. Then the phone will finally keep ringing until the message comes back on while calling for 20 minutes. And if you keep calling for 30 minutes he'll answer saying its full. Oh and... read more
Second attempt at a walk in clinic... Like a lot of clinics in thunder bay, it is listed as a walk in clinic. It is not. You need to be a patient and you need to book your "walk in" visit in advance. Not a walk in
Reception seems kind, a couple of the doctors are stuck up - they don't take health concerns seriously and I was told that I could just "look up" my remaining symptoms. The walls are thin and you can hear the conversations in the next room clear as day. There isn't much privacy when some of the doctors speak, they talk very loudly of other patients concerns.
