Dr Kalala tried to gaslight me
My wife and I came to this clinic on January 2nd at 1:30 pm and it was close without any notice. It was supposed to be open by 4 pm that day. Real Canadian SS employees told us that it’s very common for them to just close the clinic without any notice and leave as early as they please. If you want to receive any medical help there is no point of going there.
I love this Clinic. I always find the front desk person very friendly and helpful. Mostly Wait time is not long. Perfect location in SE Calgary.
Dr. Willy Kalala is the best. He hears to our concerns, acknowledges and suggests treatment plan as required. The nurses are also very helpful. They revert soon and very diligent in their work. He guided me through my pregnancy and was really helpful.
I have been in Dr Calala's care for many years now and I know I am in good hands.
