One of the female doctors dismissed my mom’s throat infection three times, refusing medicine and telling her to just gargle salt water. The infection became so severe that it travelled through her body and gave her a bacterial infection making her VIOLENTLY ill. She was finally taken seriously by an amazing doctor at Evansdale clinic. When the fever finally subsided she was able to get prescribed antibiotics. Most of all the negative reviews are rooted in impatient people. I found the front desk to be polite and the doctor to do a great job under the heavy loads of people he sees. I've been going there for 6 years to get my driver's medical and never see a issue. I also get medications for my conditions there filled with ease and competence. We need to be realisticly empathetic to life and all that comes with that.
Front desk reception were really friendly. The one Dr keeps the door open when talking to patients which I found awkward, but it was good experience. I was a walk in patient and only waited 1 hr on a Thursday morning. The Dr's have their own patients and appointments so if you see people go ahead of you, it's because the patient has an actual appointment booked with their family Dr. So just be patient and don't assume they're going ahead of you just because. I recently visited this medi center, hoping for some relief from my painful throat, which I suspected was strep throat. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. After waiting for two hours to see the doctor, the staff dismissed my concerns outright, insisting that my pain was due to eating something hard. Dr.Abufayed has been our family Doctor for 13 years now. I have nothing but good things to say about how he treats myself and my family. He knows them all by name and has been a great physician. I clearly can’t understand all the negative reviews on here.
