I took a group class with Jessica to mark the beginning of spring 2025. It was a soma focused class with free form yoga, dance, and some circle rounds to talk about violet and nettles and other nervous system supports for the season. Jessica is one of those people who seem to be doing exactly what they are supposed to be doing in this life and as a result have excess energy, which she chooses to share with the tired, the bereaved, the depleted. Get nearer to her, if you can!
