I’ve lived here for 3 plus years and if rent wasn’t so high I would be gone . The building was great until our old manager Kara left ( don’t blame her )! But it’s went to hell since . Maintenance is awful , they take forever to get anything done . They don’t care that the building has rats or bugs . The building itself reaks , they started a balcony project to replace the railings over 2 months ago . Locked out all of our balcony’s with 2 by 4’s , worked on it here and there for 2 weeks in the beginning and haven’t seen anyo... read more
One of the worst management team in the Windsor they only care about money they don’t care about the tenant.
