I had a very disappointing experience with Prima Medicine/Prima Health. From my first visit, I felt that the facility was more focused on collecting fees than actually taking care of patients. I went there expecting to see a doctor and receive medical care, but I ended up leaving without even being seen by the doctor. The front desk staff were extremely unhelpful and rude, and the entire experience felt very poorly managed. Had worst experience, before you come in or getting treated , all they care about is payment. Patient come in for some serious problem, before getting treated they want money to be paid, and also charging unauthorized cards and saving card details with permission this is so wrong. Its just money minded facility, where you will just lose money, not get treated.
