All this office cares is to convert your annual visit to a office visit for obvious reasons. they literally made me sign waiver by saying anything discussed outside of annual .I told them tell the dr not to discuss any thing out aide of my annual.then next week they do the same with my wife .she was not even told about it and directly billed her insurance for a office visit.
