Absolutely the WORST experience. They scheduled me with a nurse practitioner who recommended blood work—but it was NEVER in the system. I kept calling, checking, and following up, only to later be told that she NEVER actually ordered it. When I asked for another online call with the doctor to discuss other options, they flat-out refused and kept pushing me to come in person. The incompetence here is unbelievable. My appoitment went well. The staff was welcoming in the front desk and the medical staff was also attentive and respectful.
I have been a patient with Prima Medicine since 2019. This used to be an amazing practice, and I continued to use them even after I moved 45+ minutes away. While the doctors and medical staff are kind and professional, the admin and billing staff have officially driven me away. First, they tried to cancel my appointment because they thought I was a new patient. That error was eventually resolved after I called and explained that I was an existing patient.
