We have enjoyed excellent health support from Dr Rao and her Team for the past 7 years. As our Family Doctor, Dr. Rao has treated us over these many years with both respect and exemplary health care. She and her team always provide top notch health assessments and professional medical advice.
I have been a patient at Prima Medicine for over two years now and have seen Rena Kalter, Surin Rodino, and their newer doctor Kathleen Curtis. All of the providers that I have seen are very caring, knowledgeable and actually take the time to listen to you. The front desk staff is very polite and is always quick to check me in and ensure I have all my paperwork when I'm leaving. Also, I don't know the phlebotomist's name at this office but she is excellent at drawing blood. I highly recommend this office to family and friend... read more
I called to see about getting an appointment for my son. The receptionist got my information and said she would talk with the doctor about the situation then call me back. She did not call back. So I sent a follow-up email inquiring into the status of her conversation with the doctor. They never responded. Horrible place that does not care and is not responsive.
This was the worst doctor office I ever visited. The doctor was rude, unfriendly, with no empathy. I was told I can't feel pain with my injuries, but if I do, then painkillers are solution for everything. Doctor wouldn't answer any questions, and wouldn't even give a bandaid to substitute the removed one. I had to leap on an uninjured foot from one chair to another because I was asked to remove my special boot etc. first and then switch to the other chair. Dr Rao takes the time to explain health conditions and why a certain treatment is needed very patiently. She is also very knowledgeable and trustworthy.
I had an amazing experience at Dr Rao’s office. I was slightly nervous while walking in but everyone from the lady at the front desk to the nurse to Dr Rao herself made me feel welcome and ‘warm’ in their office. Their professionalism impressed me in every way. The office even followed up with me to ensure that I was feeling better. I would hope that none of my friends and family are in a situation where they need to visit a doctor. But if they do, I would gladly recommend Prima Medicine to them!
Dr.Chethana Rao is very knowledgeable, affable and compassionate. She explains the things in detail which is very helpful for a layman like me. She proactively looks up the patient profile to advice on medicines currently being taken. She and her staff are always responsive and turn around quickly on prescriptions, advice and appointments when in need.
