This place is proof it can get worse. Don't ever rent from them. I hope they put more attention into more expensive properties but I doubt it. Ive had a maintenance issue for just shy of a year in my unit. Three maintenence techs have looked at it, and nothing has been done. Not even contacting the maintenance manager is of any help. If you're in dire needs of a place to live and sign a lease here, I highly recommend having the Tenant Resource Center number on speed dial
Extremely bad management who doesn’t care about maintaining or fixing their properties. Got a water leak in your ceiling? They’ll close your maintenance requests without actually fixing it - multiple times over the course of months. You will have to follow up repeatedly to get something fixed, if it happens at all. God help you if you’re allergic to mold!
VERY BAD PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY.
There is a reason why their reviews suck. Look elsewhere for property management companies.
