Prima has made it extremely difficult for our new management company. They are not handling over funds that we paid. I would not recommend this company whatsoever.
I had a very disappointing experience with Prima Management, specifically with an employee named Mary. During our interaction, she was extremely rude, unprofessional, and very short in conversation. It felt like my concerns were not being taken seriously at all. When I asked to speak with someone higher up, I was told that she “does not have a boss,” which was both surprising and frustrating. I literally can not rate them low enough. Please consider this a warning to all! I rented from them in 2016 for less than three months and it still haunts me to this day. First was the condition of the apartment. I went to a showing when tenant were still renting. During the walk through I was told about several things that would be fixed and cleaned. Paid rent and planned to move in on the first of the month.... apartment was still dirty, smelly and MOLDY with trash from previous Tennants outside. Took over a month of consi... read more
By far the WORST property management company I’ve ever witnessed. Very avoidant about doing their jobs. Very public about “renovation, new, nice” units when realistically it’s trash. Violations they don’t care about (no peepholes, mold, etc). Try submitting a maintenance request… good luck is all I have to say! Walls are so beyond thin I can hear each neighbor in every unit in this building. You can find something better for the same price! AVOID this management company at all cost.
