RecommendedThe care is excellent... I HAVE A MAJOR CONCERN...I USED URGENT CARE ON MARCH 13, 2020. THE CARE WAS GREAT. BUT... ALL OF THE DRS AND MEDICAL ASSISTANTS WERE WEARING GLOVES AND MASKS. THE FRONT WINDOW RECEPTIONISTS WERE NOT WEARING GLOVES OR MASKS. THESE EMPLOYEES GREET EVERY PATIENT ENTERING THE FACILITY. while I like the doctors, the wait time is ridiculous. I waited an hr for 2 different appts. the last one I waited 30 mins for a scheduled appt. I asked to rescheduled and was told it would be 2 months before I could be seen again. an appt I'd already been waiting 6 months for. absolutely ridiculous.
The urgent care is always quick. The staff, and doctors that I've interacted with were kind, knowledgeable, and respectful about my needs.
