I had a horrific experience here as a customer for the keratin hair treatment with the stylist Mert also known as Matt. The advertised price was $90, which I paid in advance. At checkout, Mert demanded a $70 extra charge because I had “long hair.” My hair is just past my shoulders, and he never discussed that before.
