I had a terrible experience here as a customer for the keratin hair treatment. The appointment scheduling process was a not straightforward. At the end of the appointment, the hairstylist demanded an extra $70 charge because I had “long hair.” My hair length was just past my shoulders. I can understand a “long hair charge” if there was extra product used, but the charge should be $20-25 extra, and this charge should be disclosed before beginning a treatment.
