I had a horrific experience here as a customer for the keratin hair treatment with the stylist Mert also known as Matt. The advertised price was $90, which I paid in advance. At checkout, Mert demanded a $70 extra charge because I had “long hair.” My hair is just past my shoulders, and he never discussed that before. This is unethical as this charge was not discussed upfront, but demanded at checkout time. And it was almost $90, the price of the service itself, which is a joke. FOR KERATIN TREATMENT: I spent the afternoon with Matt, a wonderful and personable hairstylist. He was thoughtful and explained the keratin treatment throughout the process. I would gladly go back to him. He did an excellent job and was more thorough than any other salon/hairstylist I have been to for Keratin. Great job Matt!
