Had a very poor experience here with facial threading! Expectations and restrictions were minimized ahead of the procedure, the numbing was ineffective causing extreme discomfort, no follow-up phone call or follow-up appt. was scheduled. Was not sent home with post-procedure instructions. When I did not want to go through with Part 2 of the procedure in another appointment and made it known that I was an "unhappy patient" the owner called to tell me she "would make it right" but never called me back to let me know how. Very friendly, and comfortable atmosphere. Definitely recommend!
The actual Dr. I was scheduled with didn’t even come see me! Ignored me unprofessionally hiding in one of the rooms and everyone else just kept giggling laughing!
