Recently had a tooth pulled. Got infected. When I called for assistance, the counter girl Jaylin, or Jaleen or something close to that, was rude and condescending. Since I couldn’t get help from Prima, I found a dentist who was willing to help and provide antibiotics for the infection. Good dentists at Prima, terrible service otherwise. You are only as strong as your weakest link!

Had a very poor experience here with facial threading! Expectations and restrictions were minimized ahead of the procedure, the numbing was ineffective causing extreme discomfort, no follow-up phone call or follow-up appt. was scheduled. Was not sent home with post-procedure instructions. When I did not want to go through with Part 2 of the procedure in another appointment and made it known that I was an "unhappy patient" the owner called to tell me she "would make it right" but never called me back to let me know how.
