From first visit to end of construction, it was was a very pleasant and very professional experience. Kim and Scott listened to our wishes, sent the proposal a few days later, adjusted the proposal based on our feedback and then kicked off the work. Kim took a video for setting up dust containments and protection of the wooden floor, stairs, and walls. Kim has an amazing work ethic- her drive to make sure the job gets done right makes me feel safe choosing her to do any home project. She is reliable and trustworthy with such a huge investment in your home! I highly recommend Kim and Prima.
We did not choose to complete the extensive kitchen remodel project we started with Prima and so, unfortunately, I cannot broadly recommend them without hesitation as I would like to. Based on my own errors, I would recommend, as with all contractors, carefully looking at the processes of several companies regarding communication, design, and pricing to find the right fit for you before hiring.
