Kim has an amazing work ethic- her drive to make sure the job gets done right makes me feel safe choosing her to do any home project. She is reliable and trustworthy with such a huge investment in your home! I highly recommend Kim and Prima.
We did not choose to complete the extensive kitchen remodel project we started with Prima and so, unfortunately, I cannot broadly recommend them without hesitation as I would like to. Based on my own errors, I would recommend, as with all contractors, carefully looking at the processes of several companies regarding communication, design, and pricing to find the right fit for you before hiring. I'm very sorry to say that my husband and I had to fire Prima after receiving nothing more than an unfinished design, for which we had paid in full. Here's why: 1)Little effort was put into the design, meetings were minimal, rushed, mostly online. The plan is everything - especially with the Prima process where they pretty much set the plan in stone once it's finished. We worked with Prima Construction this spring to renovate our kitchen and family room area. This included removing a wall and a few added change orders that all went smoothly. The team was easy to work with and took my ideas with their to make me a dream kitchen. They went above and beyond by creating a plan for adding a pot filler that was originally possible due to the location of the stove.
