honestly, consider going somewhere else unless you have a trusted technician there. 2 stars because the ambiance is really nice, but the service is not worth the price. I used to go regularly for one technician, Sue, she was great but no longer works there. The receptionist, who also works on clients, has a nice-nasty attitude. I've witnessed her speaking poorly about customers once they left. Another technician has also been rude to me and rushed my service. Today, I spent $90 for a rushed pedicure. The ladies take great care of your nails and try to not damage them. They are always friendly and professional and when I’ve gone to other places my nails are mangled after. Love this place
Ditto on the dingy environment, HORRIFIC nauseating smell (no ventilation whatsoever), rude, and rushed. I made an appointment online a month in advance, hoping it would be a good salon as it’s close to where I live. For my bday nails mind you! But it was the fastest, most rushed pedicure in my life, to the point where the lady was spraying the tub with chemicals while my legs were still on there! Nothing is clean, not even their tools.
