Owner was beyond communicative wanted to know what my needs were, asked my opinions through the whole ordering process, sent a photo of my product and wanted to make sure I was happy. Shelby is a caring dedicated small business owner who truly wants to make her customers happy. I will order from her again!!

What a find! I happened upon Prim & Pip Floral & Crafts searching florists in the area.(not a fan of the FTD route) and had the great pleasure of speaking with Shelby who took extra time with me to make certain she understood the vision I had in mind for the arrangement and my price range. She offered many options and supplied me with ideas I wouldn’t have considered. Highly recommended! Customer service - above and beyond and the arrangement was spectacular.
