Very poor quality jewellery for the high prices. Gold has worn off the ring in several places within 3 days with minimal wear. Took in store for a refund and was told they could not see what I was talking about and that they didn’t do refunds, despite my item being faulty. So I left my item and contact details for a manager to contact me. Now I get a text saying the item is in “the same” condition as I purchased, which is laughable.
