I have been a caregiver for the Kingman office for about 5 months now and I have always been able to get ahold of someone at the office. They are in the office M-F 8-5 and will always return your call right away if they are busy. The 2 ladies that are in the office are wonderful caring people and they know how to do their jobs. I can always talk to them when I go into the office each week to drop off my timesheet. They are caring and will listen when you need to talk to them. Terrible business ethics and policies. Would never send a loved one to be cared by them. They do not answer their phone but they are in the office when I am calling on my cell phone. They avoid problems
They are hardly in the office, they have a hard time returning calls, they lose their employees records, and they talk about the clients behind thier backs
