This company is totally unprofessional. They will hold your check payments, then say they never arrived on time. They're rude when you call or email, and even when they are dealing with a lawyer, they will not produce a correct accounting of payments. STAY AWAY from them, if at all possible.
Highly unprofessional to claim to be an ethical, family oriented company yet you hire a woman Yamile Hernandez who has once again (as in previous property management positions before here) slept with a married man in the community she is supposed to be manager of. This is not the first time she has began an affair and then pursued the married man until she broke up a marriage. Why would you hire someone who does this? And not just a one time thing? Our HOA has used Priestley Management ever since our development was built in 2018. Over that time we have had three managers to work with and although we liked our previous managers, no one, and I mean, no one compares to our new manager Yamile Hernandez. It is like night and day compared to our other managers. Do not live in a community managed by Priestley. Dues have increased in the condo community, trees and shrubs have not been trimmed or cut in over two years, send email to manager about concerns, requests, etc. and they are NEVER answered. Very unprofessional to not respond to emails. Never encountered a business like this before.Windows are not cleaned and when I first moved to the condo community, windows were cleaned twice a year as well as gutter cleaning and trees and shrubs were trimmed and cut on a yearly basis.
