Shout out to Angie and Laurie at PMC for exceeding expectations and customer service levels. I have been in my new home since June and processed 3 requests for a fence and patio and a generator in the past few months. The response time is exceptional and communication is clear and concise on what was needed for them to get my requests approved. They have changed my outlook on an HOA management company. Thank you ladies!! Keep up the great work.
If you have to file an insurance claim, with them, there's a $10,000 deductible,.to keep you from filing. So please Stay away from PMC managed properties.
Northborough in Colfax is terribly managed. The yards are not maintained and there is no action taken to improve them. Some people don’t mow or water or weed. Fence standards are horrible. The pool has 3 tables and 3 cheap umbrellas for an entire neighborhood.
Not impressed with their management staff.
