Northborough in Colfax is terribly managed. The yards are not maintained and there is no action taken to improve them. Some people don’t mow or water or weed. Fence standards are horrible. The pool has 3 tables and 3 cheap umbrellas for an entire neighborhood.
Not impressed with their management staff.
Expensive rates and very bad service.
