We wanted our trust updated for SC. We were asked specifically by the attorney if we wanted our timeshare excluded from our trust for our daughters sake. We said we would have to ask our daughter and would get back. We did, and informed the attorney we wanted it removed. When we picked up the redone trust, the timeshare was still in it. When we asked about it, the same attorney who asked us if we wanted it removed, then tells us they can’t do that, our original attorney in California supposed has to do it.
