Terrible customer service order parts from them.They didn't have all the parts, so I paid for all the parts told them I'd pickup the other parts in Rathdrum, melissa screwed up, ordered the parts to go up to priest river and now, when I went to pick them up, they're not in rathdrum. Not to mention, they can't even call the priest river store and coordinate properly to figure out what parts they're supposed to have in rathdrum to fulfill my order. Don't drink city water
These guys were awesome. I had actually broke down in the parking lot and had to be towed. I explained the situation to the guys inside and they were very accommodating. Allowed my kiddos to use restroom. It was the best place we could've broke down at. Lol
