They were professional and communicated so well. They worked around our schedule and were available exactly when we needed them. The problem was fixed quickly and we were charged fairly. I would highly recommend Priest Plumbing!
After being led on and let down by Rhem and Hey dude for over a month. I called him expecting a hearty bill and not much more. He went above and beyond to help me and walk me through what he believed the problem was! He was right! After waiting over a month for replacement parts and for a joke from a company, he fixed my problem over the phone and saved me a small fortune. Without replacing a perfectly good water heater. No one wants to walk downstairs to their basement on a random evening in their socks and then suddenly realize water is squishing over your feet from soaked carpet. I immediately called Jeremy at Priest Plumbing at 7:30 PM on a Sunday just before Christmas and he said he'll be there in 30 minutes, and he was! If Jeremy hadn't come over so quickly, the damage to my basement would have been so much worse if I had to wait until the morning! You never want that call from AirBNB guests at 10 PM on New Year's Eve that the toilet and bathtub in the basement is backed up! Well, we got it and Jeremy and his team were there by 11 PM and had everything figured out with our septic issue and had everything working back to normal by 1:30 AM. Above and beyond service at reasonable rates for a holiday at midnight!
