I would not recommend working here to anyone unless you are desperate in franklin plant.hr and management in Franklin plant is a joke they dont care about or appreciate the valuable employees only their close friends or mistresses and pay and benefits are subpar at best.not many benefits and they have altered the few the do offer in their favor.if you're relocated or on house arrest or a felon or drug addict it's a place to rebuild or start to but not place to have a career
