Was VERY DISSATISFIED with this establishment. We purchased 2 new tires for my sons vehicle. Less than 2 months later the tire developed a bubble on the outside wall. Steve Pridgen refused to stand behind his product. Blaming it in road conditions, even though the tire had been seen by two other tire professionals and was diagnosed to be a tire defect. When the tire was replaced at Firestone you can CLEARLY see the defect on the inside wall of the tire. I would definitely NOT RECOMMENDED this established to anyone!

Whoever this Ashley and anonymous is I honestly wish you would contact us.....This is the 1st we have heard of you having an issue with your car......I would like to know your name, car information..ie:make and model and license plate number so we can research your complaint..... We really wish that you had contacted us regarding this issue and would really love to hear from you regarding it. We stand behind our work and all of our work is guaranteed coast to coast for 24 months and 24,000 miles.
Pridgen Tire messed up my car causing me to get a new rack and pinion. All it needed was a front end alignment and that's what it went there for. They said that my mechanic did the damage and not them. The thing is I have before & after pictures of the work of what my mechanic did. Pridgen Tire WILL mess your car up & tell you how its ALL your fault or your mechanics fault, but NOT theirs. Let just say going to Pridgen Tire was the WORST mistake that I've ever made in a while, but it will NEVER happen again, b/c I will NEVER... read more
