Fast and Friendly! I got my first NC inspection done here and they were so helpful and friendly! They explained what they were going to do and explained what was wrong and fixed it fast! My car was ready in less than 20 minutes! The prices were fair as well. I highly recommend them. They're great!
Poor business Crap. Went to get a front end alignment, no way again. Cars pulls to the right. They blame us for "running over railroad tracks"! Went to get two new tires installed, while the man was working I was called back and was told there was a bubble on one of the tires not to be replaced. Funny, the manager, STeve, had just looked at that same tire to get the specs and I was with him and no bubble waws present. His reply, "I wasn't looking for a bubble"! Do you have to look for one? Pridgen Tire messed up my car. They claim it was my mechanic's fault. I had before & after pictures for when I left from MY machanic's garage, and now I have pictures of where Pridgen Tire MESSED up my car for a simple front end alignment. My car will NEVER go to Pridgen Tire EVER again. This place WILL MESS up your car and leave serious damage. If you want grade A quality service you will go to Pridgen Tire & Auto Center they go out of there way to ensure satisfactory service.
