My 80 year old mother was transported from LGH Tuesday night by two PrideStar EMS techs who felt the need to remove their masks as soon as they got away from the hospital. They told my mother that the masks weren't needed because COVID-19 was just really over-blown by the media and that they didn't like wearing them. They then spent the ride telling her about how the country needed to be saved from the commies and only Trump could do that along with a bunch of other political opinions. RecommendedPridestar has been taking my Grandmother for the last few years as she has dealt w/ numerous medical issues. We’ve had to call them for both emergencies and for routine appointments. I can’t say enough good things about this company! I have always loved pridestar never had a problem with them, always on time, very friendly, caring, concerned but this time I don't know what happen but as bringing my mother home and getting her up off the tranporting chair they dropped her not once but twice and now is in the hospital with bruises up and down her body and her knee is broken in 2 places. very very upset for a 64 year old lady.
Use the word COLLECTION in a stamp or coin shop. Find a better PR word when relating to new customers. Don't appear over-hungry to get paid.
This review is well overdue.... My father was transported from Lowell General to Tufts via Pridestar in Spring of 2019. We were extremely nervous as he was being moved based on complications related to open heart surgery. Our drivers, William Luna and Robert Stanton were reassuring, professional (yet extremely humorous, thus making us all at ease in the hospital), efficient and overall made a stressful situation quite pleasant.
