Very attentive and good at getting you an interview somewhere and preparing you. Just don't expect any response back from them ever if you don't get the position. I was told I would hear back about a position I interviewed from, not only did i never receive an update, but was ignored when I tried to get an update myself! Would have gotten many more stars if not for that unprofessionalism.
